What it does
Cases
Every assessment with its photographs, measurements and history, searchable and organised by status. Nothing depends on a file sitting on one operator's device.
Reporting
Damage and repair reports generated in a consistent format, available as a document for the claim file or as structured data for a downstream system.
Administration
Tenants, users, roles and calculation settings under your own control, including networks of external partners working on your behalf.
Integration
Connect exposes an API for creating cases, retrieving completed assessments and exporting the full case record including images and per zone measurements. Integration templates exist for the estimating and claims systems our customers already run, so an integration begins from a working pattern rather than from a blank specification.
Two integration models are supported. In the first, your system creates the case and receives the finished assessment back. In the second, the assessment module is embedded inside your own product and Connect is not customer facing at all. Platform and OEM partners usually want the second. See for platforms and OEMs.
